shipping policy

Processing time for all orders is 5-7 business days. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included. Processing time is defined as the time it takes to prepare your order, this DOES NOT include shipping times.

Please allow extra processing time during sales, new releases and restocks due to an influx in orders.

Please be mindful that at the time of checkout you are agreeing with our processing and shipping times.

what is pre-shipment?

"Pre-shipment" means that your shipping label has been printed. Please understand that your package will be in pre-shipment during the processing time. When your package has left our facility, it will be marked as "on its way to a US Postal Facility" meaning it has started its journey to you.

what if i ordered a pre-order item?

Please expect your package to depart no later than 72 hours after scheduled pre-order date. 


Due to the recent pandemic please be patient and allow extra time for processing and shipping, as things are very delayed with Postal workers. The updated processing time for packages are 7-15 days. Allow and extra 72 hours after processing time for tracking numbers to update during this time as well. Due to so many of us being home bound, there are of course an influx in orders worldwide, which means tracking numbers are not being updated as quickly as they were before.

Due to the nature of of products and our practice in sanitation returns and exchanges are not accepted. 

However, if you wish to share your reasons on why you are unsatisfied with the product are unsatisfied with your product please contact us.
