HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?


We aim to stay stocked at all time but if something is not in stock it will be restocked within a week, but restock dates do vary depending on product availability. Please text BTAYLOR to 21000 to get all future updates.




DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?


BTAYLOR BEAUTY is and will remain a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals and we will continue to hold true to this principle.




CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible on our contact page. If you have already received a tracking number in your email your order can not be canceled. PLEASE NOTE: If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order and will not provide any refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review all orders before checking out.




WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?


Most likely your order was canceled due to address discrepancies. Shipping address must match the billing address. Billing address must match billing address registered to the provided credit/debit card or your order will be canceled.




HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?


Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? Tracking numbers will be sent out via email when your order is processed. It takes 3-5 days to process your order. In the rare case that you have not received a tracking number within 7 days of placing an order please contact us. Yes, we run official giveaways on our Instagram page @btaylorbeautyco. Follow us for a first look at giveaways, discounts, and new products. WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?


Shipping options are calculated at checkout. Please understand that if your package is lost within USPS you will have to discuss the solution with USPS. We are not resposible for any lost packages.




WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?


Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer any returns for any of our items due to the fact that we are not able to restock any products that have been out of our hands. This regulation is in place for sanitary purposes and BTAYLOR BEAUTY does its very best to ensure the health and safety of our customers. We ask that you please carefully review all orders before checking out.




MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?


Please contact the carrier in which your package was sent which is the United Postal Service. We are not responsible for packages once the carrier has received it. To ensure you receive your package track your order and be available to receive your package on the set date. BTAYLOR BEAUTY is NOT resposible for any lost or damaged packages.




WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER?


WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER? If your package is returned to us after an attempted delivery you have 2 options. Option 1: We can send the package back to you but you will be responsible for covering the shipping fee. Option 2: We can refund you for the products you purchased but shipping fee WILL NOT be included in the refund.
